Remy Ma’s jailhouse nuptials were abuptly called off Monday when her rapper groom Papoose showed up with a most curious wedding present: a handcuff key.

"A wedding was scheduled today and a visitor to that wedding service was found to be in possession of jail contraband so the wedding was canceled," a corrections official told the Daily News.

"The key that was found today easily opened handcuffs that we and other law enforcement officials use," the official said.

The Brooklyn-born Papoose - real name Shamele Mackie - won’t be able to see his fiance now until November.

Young Buck Speaks On "Friendship" W/ G-Unit, ''50 Cent Has Never Been To My House''

Young Buck hasn't spoken much about his ousting from G-Unit since 50 Cent revoked Buck's membership last month. But the Cashville emcee aired a few grievances recently, and got candid about his real relationships with Sha Money XL, The Game, Snoop Dogg, and Fif.

"A lot of this sh*t that 50's doing towards my situation, I'm just not used to," Buck said during an interview with the XM radio show "Raw With Mz. Kitti." "I'm a street n*gga, I ain't used to n*ggas just saying sh*t and just doing any of this sh*t. I'm like, 'hold up ...'"

Though Buck was kicked out of G-Unit, he's still signed to the label. The ousting changed friendships more than it may record sales.

"The minute that 50 went public and said, 'yo Buck, you kicked out of G-Unit,' Sha Money pretty much disappeared from me for like two, three weeks," he said of his long-time manager. "No contact at all. After that situation, I went to calling Sha, because he's my manager, and Sha just disappeared."

But Buck still considers Sha to be a friend.

"Sha Money was more than just a manager to me," he continued. "At the end of the day, Sha Money was, still is my friend. Sha's in a situation dealing with both of these things -- he's a friend of 50 Cent, he's my manager. Outside of that, we've growed our friendship. I'm Sha's best man on his wedding."

But he's gained a couple of alliances out of the turmoil, too. One happens to be another ousted member of G-Unit.

"I haven't gotten on no phone conversations and actually spoke to Game, but he's reached out to a few people that's around me just to show his support like, 'yo Buck, f*ck whatever's going on, I just wanna see your well being, as long as you aight,'" Buck said. "That's love and I ain't even got that call from Banks and Yayo, and we ain't got no issues with each other. The issue was from 50."

According to Buck, he and Fif were never all that tight anyway.

"50 Cent has never been to my house," he explained. "50 don't know where I live, on my child's life. I don't even think he'd know my child's first and last name if I asked him."

On the other hand, Snoop gave Buck his support personally.

"[Snoop Dogg] comes to my city, Cashville, Tennessee," he said. "This motherf*cker really showed my city more love than any motherf*cker... and that goes for anybody and everybody. He hung out in the hood and the projects - sh*t like that, you can't buy with money. Money can't buy that sh*t. I appreciate that sh*t more than anything in my life. It was so real."

Buck is currently working on establishing his new label Cashville Records and his new line, David Brown Clothing.

"I'm focused at this point and I'mma stay this way," Buck said. "I'm more happier than I've ever been in my career. I ain't lying."

Those who thought T.I's jail stint would calm him down in the rap world were mistaken. T.I. and Shawty Lo are now involved in an all-out war of words. Now, it seems the two are done with subliminal shots and ready to speak up loudly against one another.

T.I. recently called a radio station (92Q Jamz) to claim Lo was like "a dog barking at the moon."

"That dog don't even know why he's barking and howling at the moon. The moon don't care. The moon is so far away. The dog can't touch the moon. The dog can't shut the moon off. He just sits there. Eventually, the dog will get tired of barking, and he, too, has to admire the moon as it shines. Just let the moon shine, dog," he said of Lo. But, Lo replied to this quickly.

"He ain't no moon. I feel like he ain't no Jay-Z or nobody like that. He's the clouds, but I ride through clouds every day. He gotta meet me eye to eye. I can't beat him at arguing. He's like a girl. A girl will win an argument every time," he replied, according to MTV.

According to Lo, the beef began when T.I. released the song, "King." Around he same time, Lo had a track with "King" in the title and asked T.I. to appear on the song but Tip turned him down.

Still, it wasn't all bad between the two. Lo actually offered some respect.

"He did put Bankhead [the rappers' shared Atlanta neighborhood] on the map. I can't take that away from him. But he ain't from Bankhead. It wasn't no problem. He was screaming our 'hood. I liked him. ... We ain't have no rapper repping for our 'hood. You had Jermaine [Dupri] and Ludacris from the south side, and then you had people repping for the east side, but nobody for us. He had a pass."

However, it seems that positive energy is gone.

"He disrespected me on a song," Lo noted. "Pass over with. Time to tell the truth. He ain't no real street n---a. We been letting him get away with it for a long time. Tell him to come to Bankhead like he went to [Houston neighborhood] Cloverland with [Lil] Flip."

Lo also advised fans not to expect a battle on wax.

"I ain't gotta respond. I ain't trying to get in no battle rap with T. Lie. That's what he do; he's a rapper. I'm a street n---a. I'm a trapper. I really lived it. I got 28 arrests, four convictions. My name is Carlo Walker — look it up."

T.I. is still working on his next album as a few tracks leak to the net. More on his upcoming LP soon.

Foxy Brown Let Off The Hook In BlackBerry Assault

Foxy Brown pled guilty to one misdemeanor charge of menacing today (May 8) in a Brooklyn Criminal Court.

Brown was facing felony assault charges stemming from a 2007 incident in which the rapper's neighbor, Arlene Raymond claimed Foxy slapped her with a BlackBerry phone.

As previously reported, the bench warrant that was issued for the rapper's arrest just days ago (May 5) was a misunderstanding and was recalled the next day.

According to TMZ, the prosecution threw out the assault charges following Foxy's guilty plea and the Brooklyn Don Diva was sentenced to time served.

In what the NY Times are saying is the largest public protest against the acquittal of three detectives in the shooting death of Sean Bell… 216 people, including Sharpton, the other two victims in the shooting, and Paultre-Bell were arrested during the peaceful demonstration.The Rev. Al Sharpton made good on his promise of civil disobedience and a vow to “shut this city down” in response to the acquittal of three New York police officers in the shooting death of Sean Bell by leading a protest in rush hour traffic yesterday.

Along with hundreds of supporters—including Bell’s widow, Nicole Paultre-Bell, and mother, protesters blocked entry to several of the city’s busiest bridges. The demonstrations took place at Queensboro Bridge , the Triborough Bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge, the Holland Tunnel and the Queens Mid-town Tunnel.

According to a report by the New York Times, the largest bloc of demonstrators protested outside of police headquarters in Manhattan .

216 people, including Sharpton, the other two victims in the shooting, and Paultre-Bell were arrested during the peaceful demonstration.

While other high profile police killings in the New York area have been met with protests, advocates say they will not stop until justice for Sean Bell is served.

"We're going to keep coming until we get federal indictments. It's wrong," one man told the Associated Press.

Even drivers caught up in the traffic jam seemed supportive, and not too upset at the delays.

"I disagree with doing anything illegal, but, hey, this is what makes America great," Aaron Hanson told the AP while waiting to get into a tunnel. "If this is what people really need to do to make a statement, it's what they should do."

Sharpton and Bell’s relatives are scheduled to meet with New York City Governor David Paterson today.

Despite the acquittal, the NYPD has not ruled out disciplinary action against the officers.

T.I. To Drop "Paper Trail" In August

Despite having his share of legal issues in recent months, T.I. is back to doing what he does best and gearing up to drop his latest album, Paper Trail in August.

The highly anticipated disc, which is Tip's sixth studio album, will be the follow-up effort to 2007's platinum-selling T.I. vs. T.I.P. A new track from the album, "No Matter What," produced by Timbaland-protégé Danjahandz.[Download Here]

As previously reported, in a recent interview with Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9, the lyrical content on Paper Trail may be "ever so slightly" toned down.
"Not to a great deal or an extra degree of censorship, I'm just making sure this album is much more intelligently and artistically put together," T.I. told 107.9. "I'ma still get loose now. I'ma still do me. But you know when I was living the way I was living, I was rapping the way I was rapping ... A lot of elements that were in my life no longer exist."

The self proclaimed King of the South appeared on BET last night on a half-hour special, "T.I. Speaks." In his first televised interview since a plea bargain on weapon charges, T.I directly answered tough questions from host Toure and a group of at-risk students about his life and future after being sentenced to a year in prison.

When asked why he felt the need to buy weapons T.I. said that it was fear for his and his family's safety."You can't assume everyone out there likes you, so it's easy to get caught up in paranoia."

Tip also detailed how the ordeal has changed his life and delivered a strong message about decision-making.

"I must be a man and stand up and accept responsibility," T.I. said. "I exercised extremely poor judgment, and for that, I must be willing to pay whatever price that comes before me."

In related news, T.I. will also be continuing to show off his acting chops, will be starring in New Line's forthcoming film For Sale, which is being produced by Grand Hustle, and will also make a cameo appearance on the new season of HBO's hit series "Entourage."

DMX Arrested For Speeding In Arizona

DMX is making headlines these days, but not for his music.

The 37-year old rapper, real name Earl Simmons, was arrested on Tuesday (May 6), and was booked on two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speeding, racing on a highway, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license, according to the East Valley Tribune.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a camera on Loop 101 through Scottsdale registered X driving in speeds up to 114 mph. The posted speed limit is 65. This occurred on the night of Jan. 21.

"Mr. Simmons wasn't singled out because of his notoriety," DPS Director Roger Vanderpool said. "We have made several arrests in the last few months of those people who flagrantly violate the speed limit and therefore endanger the lives of everyone else on the road."

As previously reported, DMX is also under an ongoing investigation for an August raid which revealed guns, drugs, three dead dogs and over a dozen malnourished dogs.

Mos Def's ex-wife, Alana Wyatt, is set to release a tell all book detailing her short relationship with the rapper/actor.

Wyatt was married to the Brooklyn-bred emcee (born Dante Smith) in a ceremony last year. Her book entitled, Breaking the Code of Silence, will detail her short lived marriage to Mos as well as her own life.

Described as part biography, part cautionary tale, Wyatt writes of her rough upbringing in the book, aiming to educate and inspire other women and to promote independence.

Wyatt is a 29 year-old mother who currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. Besides being an author she has also appeared Snoop Dogg's video for "Drop It Like It's Hot."

emy Ma, originally set to be sentenced to prison on April 23, is now apparently due to be sentenced May 13.

According to AllHipHop.com, although Remy faces up to 25 years in prison, sources said that she is expected only to received three to five years in prison.

The rapper, who was found guilty of assault, weapons possession and coercion by a New York Supreme Court, allegedly short childhood friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph for stealing $3,000 from her purse.

Remy's defense maintained that it was an accident (Barnes-Joseph later corroborated this, saying the gun went off by accident during a struggle over her purse), and will therefore appeal the verdict.

Ja Rule has kept his face from the spotlight for some time now. Hoping to gain back the fans he may have lost since his last album, Ja Rule explained his rhetoric for The Mirror that is due out soon.

“Right now it’s coming on the 6th of May, crazy, incredible album. I touched it up…A lot of it got leaked so I had to go and do some new things so it’s definitely the revamped ‘Mirror’ so it’s gonna be crazy,” Ja Rule told murderinc-online.com.

No new single has been out since “Uh Oh” featuring Lil’ Wayne, but Ja’s got a track in mind that might show a different side of him.

“I want to put ‘Father Forgive Me’ out as a single, I think I want to do a real dark video, real series, real fresh, real fly, something that y’all really aren’t used to seeing or haven’t seen before, so yeah I think I’m going to do that.”

When asked about a collaboration between the “old” crew, Ja Rule sees the glass half empty but kept the door open.

“I doubt it, we’re all in different places of our lives, you know me and X (DMX), we have our differences but I have no hard feelings towards X, I still got love for X. If X was to reach out and ‘Holla’ at me I’d reach out my hand and ‘Holla’ back. Jay, me and Jay are good we cool, we speak. It’s just that we’re all doing different things in our lives right now.”

Talib Kweli Almost Comes To Blows W/ Soundman

A Video showing Talib Kweli angry and seemingly about to fight another man in a club have been circulating the net recently. SOHH caught up with the Brooklyn emcee (April 22) to get the play by play on exactly what went down.
That's what Kweli said happened at the recent Hartford, CT. club concert, where he performs a few times a year. He'd never had a problem there before, but the trouble he had this particular night he said isn't new. Kweli said it's about respect.[Watch Video Here]

The rapper didn't know of any time restraints before he took the stage, but said he was asked to cut the show short in the middle of his set.

"They're flashing lights and sh*t like, 'you gotta cut the set,'" he said. "So I was on the mic like, 'f*ck it, I'm not cutting sh*t.' Then I said, 'nah, I'm just playin."

Kweli said he immediately turned to his DJ and directed him to cut to the last song, "Get By," effectively cutting what would have been 30 more minutes of his performance down to five.

"As I'm doin 'Get By,' the sound man is on the mic talking to me while I'm performing like, 'you gotta end, you gotta end.' A clear level of disrespect," Kweli said. "If I had been another type of artist he wouldn't have done that. He just did it cause I'm just some n*gga rappin."

When the sound man came on stage, Kweli said he wanted to fight him.

"I got real heated because it just started dawning on me that he don't give a f*ck at all about what I do for a living," Kwe said. "He has no respect for what I'm doing on this stage or the fact that these people are here to see me, or the fact that I'm doin this show for free."

The concert was a radio promotion show.

"I wanted to fight him but I had to calm down and say, 'OK, I have to be a more responsible person.' I did allow myself to get more upset than I needed to get," Kweli admitted. "I started walking toward him but then I had to catch myself like, what am I gonna fight the sound man on stage? I'ma look like Trey Songz or somebody."

Kwe said he's over the whole thing now though, and was actually laughing about it all five minutes later. He will perform at the club again and he only blames the sound guy for the mix up, though he said he doesn't really want the worker reprimanded.

"If I see him again, he'll probably get cussed out," Kweli said. "That's about it."

Nas's N*gger Album Pushed Back, Fans Give Title Thumbs Up

With new material from the project recently leaking, Nas is reportedly preparing to release his highly anticipated N*gger album this July.

While previous reports anticipated the album would be released in April, N*gger is now expected to drop on July 1st, according to his rep. As his album title continues to draw controversy Nas shows no indication of any plans to change the album's highly controversial title. A new song from the project, "Be A N*gger Too" recently surfaced online.

Continuing to reflect his flair for social awareness, the song makes references to Islam, the NAACP, Eminem's N-word slip up and the recent murder of South African reggae artist Lucky Dube. Among Nas' choice lyrics for "Be A N*gger Too" include the following chorus:
"I'm a n*gga/ he's a n*gga / she's a n*gga / we some n*ggas / wouldn't you like to be a n*gga too?"[Download Here]
Despite the controversy surrounding the title, many fans are okay with his title. In a recent survey conducted by SOHH, out of 1,899 respondents 85.27% said they were not offended by Nas' decision to name his album N*gger, while only 14.73% of those polled said they were.[Survey Results Here]

Of the of respondents, 48% said the album title made them curious about the album's content, while 41% said the title had no affect on their interest level and 10% said the title made them less interested in the album.

In addition to weighing in on the Nas album, the poll also reflected some social attitudes toward the N-word, with 80% responding that all races should not be able to use the N-word equally and 19% saying they should. More than half (56%) of respondents also felt the N-word could not be empowering, compared to 43% who felt otherwise.

Nas' album N*gger is due in stores July 1st via Def Jam Recordings.

The Game Vs. G-Unit, Rappers Prepare For A SoundScan Showdown

After competing in one of hip-hop's most epic SoundScan battles with Kanye West last year, 50 Cent is ready for round two. This time the G-Unit general along with his soldiers face off against their former cohort turned rival, The Game on June 24.

In what is already being dubbed a super-Tuesday showdown, 50 and G-Unit's sophomore release takes aim to Terminate on Site, while The Game's third-studio album Los Angeles Times. Fif caught up with SOHH to discuss the anticipated date and his plans on delivering the knock out punch to Game.

"He's going to get pushed back," 50 told SOHH. "The sh*t I heard so far is just trash from the Game's perspective."

As previously reported, the drama between G-Unit and Game stems from a 2005 altercation between 50 and Game's entourages, resulting in a shooting outside New York's Hot 97 FM radio station.

50 went on the air telling listeners that he dropped Game from G-Unit. Prior to Fifty's interview, Game appeared on the station earlier that evening. Fif began bashing Game's credibility and revealed that he wrote six records for the Cali rapper's multi-platinum debut, The Documentary.

According to police reports, upon hearing 50's comments, Chuck Taylor and his entourage returned to the station to confront Curtis. What ensued was a confrontation between both camps in front of the station resulting in a member of Game's crew being shot in the leg.

Since then, both camps have gone on record to publicly dissing one another. Now, in what has been years in the making, Game prepares to go against his former squad at the cash register. But if you let 50 tell it, there's really no competition. Curtis revealed the reason artist are scheduled to drop on June 24 is because that's the deadline for domestic albums to be distributed internationally.

"There are certain time periods," 50 explained. "[That's] the last date you can send [albums] to Germany, France and Switzerland. That's the date we have, that's why Nelly is on that date, Game's on that date. They all will initially try to make it around that time to get all of those [albums] shipped everywhere and promoted everywhere. But, to be honest they need to concentrate on making the right material because if you don't have the right record you could rush it out and just really flop."

Despite 50's prediction, Game doesn't seem to be worried with 50's antics. As previously reported, the Compton MC announced his third studio album would be his last. Dubbing LAX a classic album, Game claims his final set will address issues that other artists in hip-hop may be afraid to talk about on record. Touting it as a highly controversial album.

On June 24, two titans will clash, G-Unit's Terminate On Site via G-Unit/Aftermath/Interscope and The Game's Los Angeles Times LAX via Geffen. Who will come out on top?

Ne-Yo To Release Third LP

Ne-Yo plans to release his upcoming third album Year of the Gentleman this June.

Marking Ne-Yo's third release in as many years, Year of the Gentleman follows previous platinum Def Jam releases In My Own Words and Because of You.

"I wanted the third album to be something a little different from the first and second as far as the essence and the sound of what I was doing," Ne-Yo said in an interview with Billboard. "So I was going to chill for a minute and really take some time to figure out what I wanted that to be. Fortunately, it didn't take me that long, which is why the album's coming out now."

Ne-Yo's new project includes contributions from the HeavyWeights, Shay Taylor and Chuck Harmony of his Atlanta-based Compound Entertainment crew. Producers Stargate, Tricky Stewart and J.R. Rotem also collaborate on the set.

The coming months should be busy for the Def Jam star with an upcoming tour alongside Alicia Keys and Jordin Sparks launching April 19th, as well as several turns in television and film. Ne-Yo currently has a script in development at Fox Atomic that he claims "is going to be in the vein of Purple Rain," as well as an animated series he's in talks with Cartoon Network for.

"For me it's always, 'let's make the next one,'" Ne-Yo said. "'What's the next thing going to be?'"

As previously reported, within the last year Ne-Yo has hit a few bumps in the road, including an arrest in Georgia for reckless driving and driving without a license. There was also the much publicized fallout with R.Kelly that resulted in Ne-Yo leaving their tour and eventually filing suit against the Chicago singer's promoter.

Year of the Gentleman is scheduled for release June 24th via Def Jam Recordings.

50 Calls Buck A Drug Addict

With Young Buck being recently ousted from G-Unit, a war of words seems to be ensuing, with 50 Cent leading the charge. In a recent interview with MTV, Fif alluded to Young Buck having a drug problem.
"Buck's probably high right now," he said, mentioning that he heard that Buck had used cocaine and the now infamous “syrup.”
50 went on to further elaborate, all but calling the Tennessee MC an addict.
"He doesn't even get high anymore — he just maintains his [high]. You have to get sober to be high," 50 said. "When they say, 'Party like a rock star,' he goes beyond what they are talking about. Multiple, different shit."
The two remaining members of G-Unit—Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks—also weighed in on Buck’s departure, revealing that the agreement to kick Buck out of the group was unanimous.
"We feel the same way," Banks said. "If 50 gets resistance, we get the same resistance."
Tony Yayo had more to say, and seemed to stop short of saying that Buck—who had been speaking out about his discontent with G-Unit—betrayed 50.
"50 took him and made him who he is today," Tony Yayo said. "Where I'm from, you don't bite the hands that feed you. I just get confused. I just remember not having nothing. I never will bite the hand that feeds me."
This beef will more than likely make it to wax, with 50 saying that a dis track from Young Buck is “inevitable.”
G-Unit is currently at work on their follow up to Beg For Mercy, tentatively titled T.O.S. (Terminate On Site).

Foxy Brown Released From Prison

After serving eight months of a one year sentence in a New York prison, Foxy Brown was officially released today (April 18) at approximately 12:45 p.m.

Before jumping into a white Rolls Royce Phantom and leading a caravan of cars away, Foxy (born Inga Marchand) greeted the fans, media and well-wishers who waited outside the jail. She embraced many of the bystanders and offered thanks.

"This is a big day for me.To have everybody here that I love, my whole family, the whole Brooklyn, the officers that took care of me at Rikers. Eight months to the day, I remember going in in August and I said when I come out, I'm coming out even better. And I'm back baby, it's a wrap."

Foxy's manager and Black Hand Entertainment CEO, Chazz Williams, who was on the scene today said, "It's a beautiful day. I was out here when she went in and I'm here when she's coming out. You can expect big things from her and we won't be walking this path again any time soon."

In a prior interview Williams explained the rapper's release, "She is not getting out early. Foxy served her entire sentence [under] good time, that is, days deducted by the law that every prisoner gets unless it's procedurally taken [away] for breaking prison rules."

As previously reported, the Brooklyn-bred rapper was sentenced to a year in New York's Riker's Island after violating her probation in connection with a 2004 assault charge.

Foxy was on probation for assaulting two manicurists in a Manhattan salon in 2004. She was warned by a judge in March 2007 that she would be sent to prison for a year if she got into any trouble with the law.

Five months after the warning, Foxy was sentenced and incarcerated (Sept. 7) for assaulting her neighbor, Arleen Raymond.

Early conflicts while in prison such as physical altercations with fellow inmates, verbally abusing a corrections officer and refusing to provide a urine sample, landed Foxy in the hole for misconduct. While she was initially supposed to serve 76 days in solitary confinement, she was released in 40 days for good behavior.

With her release, Foxy's focus is now on her fourth studio album Brooklyn's Don Diva. The album, her first with Black Rose Entertainment/Koch Records, was supposed to drop on February 5th, but was pushed back to await the rapper's release.

As for her rumored VH1 reality series, Willaims said, "We are in talks with a number of networks and film studios regarding new opportunities."

Brooklyn's Don Diva is scheduled to be released on May 13.

"Outkast are stronger than ever," said Big Boi to MTV News recently, addressing lightheartedly the rumors some time ago that the group would break up.

The first single off of the album,Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, is Royal Flush, featuring Andre 3000 and Raekwon. The song, named after Big Boi's production group, has been making its rounds on the Internet.

"I said I wanted to bring that hip-hop back," said Big Boi. "My album is about lyricism and about the craft. I saw Raekwon and he jumped on it. Actually, me and Raekwon recorded three songs. We were gonna finish it with just me and him. When Dre came back from Japan, he heard it and said, 'I wanna be on that.' I gave him the beat. He came back in a couple of months and was like, 'Let's do it.' "

Big Boi also spoke on other collaborations for the album. "Thirteen cuts. Everything is brand new. I got a duet with Mary J. Blige that will probably be the second single, called 'The World Is Too Big.' It's definitely monumental. I needed somebody that could sing with that emotion and power. Like an old-school soul singer. That Motown throat! I always wanted to work with her."

According to Big Boi, "The World is Too Big" addresses the election, poverty, crime and the war. He also noted that he co-produced every song on the album; other production will come from Organized Noize, Mr. DJ and Royal Flush. Probable guests on the album will be Khujo Goodie and T.I.

And the album title? "Sir Luscious Left Foot" is one of Big Boi's many aliases, and "Dusty Chico" is the nickname his father gained as a fighter pilot.

50 Cent Sheds Light On Young Buck's Money Problems, "He Lives Like A Drug Dealer"

Last week 50 called into New York radio station Hot 97 to officially drop the rapper from G-Unit. Since making the big announcement, Fif has stated he has not spoken to Buck.
He can hear it from the radio like everybody else," he proclaimed.

As previously reported, one of the major disputes between both rappers was over comments Buck made, in which he claimed he never received any royalties from 50.

"That was a shocker from Young Buck," 50 said. "The last thing that I felt would ever be even said would be that [the members of G-Unit] weren't paid because they actually were overpaid. My concept for being able to continuously win championship games is to keep the players fed."

Fif blames Young Buck's lack of money on excessive spending."He lives like a drug dealer," he said. "When the artist spends excessively to the point where he doesn't actually have that money anymore, out of desperation he says whatever he can say to try and fix situations."

50 also denied the rumors that he was pocketing Buck's royalty checks in order to collect money he loaned the Ten-A-Key rapper to bail him out of tax trouble. While he confirmed that he loaned the rapper money, he said he never tried to make good on the loan.

"No, I never took a royalty check to recoup for anything," he revealed. "Yeah, he had tax trouble. I helped him like I helped everybody else."
"With Buck there was points where it was up to $330,000 that I had loaned out to him [and] he continued to spend the way that he would regularly spend," he added.

Though he was still indebted to 50, the Queens-bred rapper said that over time Buck was pulling away from G-Unit creatively and worked hard to establish his own label, Cashville Records.50 says Buck's dismissal had nothing to do with the launch of the label and that he "encouraged" it. He says the same of former G-Unit member The Game. "If it was up to me Black Wall Street would've existed with Game being cool with G-Unit."

G-Unit's sophomore album, Terminate On Site is scheduled to hit stores on June 24th.
